At our heart, we are a pool installer. And our expertise is in fabricated roof top installations in New York City.

However, we recognize we can provide more value to our clients by offering our expertise. Here’s why:

• Fabricated, stainless steel is the best choice for rooftop pools.

• Most pool installers are limited to concrete (Shotcrete, Gunnite). This is a significantly different disgn and installation process than fabricated pools, especially on rooftops.

• Very few pools companies have ever installed a fabricated, stainless steel, rooftop pool. They simply don’t have the experience in this specialty.

• Physical placement and connection of a properly planned and designed fabricated, rooftop pool is very simple. Unlike concrete pools, a general contractor can easily do the installation with proper guidance.

• It’s more cost effective for the General Contractor and Trades People already on the project to place and connect a fabricated, rooftop pool when they have proper guidance than it is to hire an ouside pool company, especially if they have no experience with stainless steel pools.

• Very few architects and engineers have ever designed for a rooftop, fabricated pool intallation.
